I BOUGHT THE SCOOTER LAST YEAR JUNE 2013 FROM SOMEONE THAT WON IT IN 2005 AND NEVER USED IT. ITS STILL VERY NEW AND IN IMMACULATE CONDITION. IT WAS USED LOCALLY AROUND THE NEIGHBOUR. PERFECT FOR BEGINNER BIKERS. GREAT FOR ON AND OFF THE ROAD RIDING. EVERY THING IS STILL NEW AND FRESH. PAPER AND LICENCE DISK ARE IN ORDER AND UP TO DATE.
